The Danube macro-region currently lags behind global trends in the field of social entrepreneurship and social impact investments. There is currently a lack of social impact investors and policies to support the improvement of social impact investment markets. Even though the field of social impact investment is thriving and rapidly growing, it remains at a nascent stage, inefficient and too fragmented. There is a growing awareness, interest and demand from the investing side (banks, private investors, business angels). However, (patient) capital still has difficulty to move across borders. Whereas the investing side is now ready to invest in social enterprises, investors often face the following problem: there are not enough assets (that is social enterprises) that need investments or are investable.This Social Impact Investment (SII) Community Strategy for the Danube region developed in the frame of the project Finance4Social-Change is a macro-regional strategy aiming at developing social impact investment markets by facilitating and boosting social impact investments and strengthening and supporting the sustainability and scalability of social enterprises. It contains 20 general and transnational recommendations for the whole Danube region at four different levels \u2013 decision making, social entrepreneurship, social impact investing and civil society \u2013 taking into account the diversity of the countries and their social impact investment markets within this macro-region. Nine partners from five countries are involved in the project.Balance of Plant components include compressors, pumps, sensors, heat exchangers, humidifiers, recirculation blowers, etc. In INN-BALANCE, four different modules, each consisting of several BoP components were studied and optimised: the cathode module and the anode module supplying respectively air and hydrogen to the fuel cell stack, the thermal management system keeping all components at a desired temperature and the control system ensuring smooth operation. This guidebook presents the main project activities and results generated during the project. It also contains an overview of the current market for hydrogen vehicles in Europe and provides an outlook to future challenges in this field. Open Innovation is the ideal approach that empowers the access to strategic knowledge to organizations from the environment and supports a quick and successful internationalisation and scale up.This handbook hence provides tools and examples for cluster managers and cluster members on how to internationalize and scale up, especially focusing on using strategic partnerships, networking and open innovation to reach these goals. Seit September 2018 ist sie au\u00dferdem Dozentin im Masterstudiengang \"Smart City Solutions\" an der Fachhochschule Stuttgart und h\u00e4lt Vortr\u00e4ge zum Thema \"Optimiertes Fassadendesign - Energieeffizienz, Komfort und Tageslicht im urbanen Kontext\".Valerie Bahr ist seit 2004 Senior Projektmanagerin und seit 2011 Teammanagerin beim Steinbeis-Europa-Zentrum, einer unabh\u00e4ngigen Wirtschaftseinheit innerhalb der Steinbeis-Stiftung. Sie ber\u00e4t KMU im Bereich Energietechnologien bei Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklungs- und Innovationsstrategien mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt auf Smart Cities and Communities. Derzeit ist sie au\u00dferdem an EU-Projekten f\u00fcr intelligente St\u00e4dte und Gemeinden wie CITyFiED, REMOURBAN, SmartEnCity, mySMARTLife und ATELIER sowie in den Metaprojekten Information Systems (SCIS) und European Innovation Partnership on Smart Cities and Communities (EIP-SCC) beteiligt. Zudem ist Valerie Bahr aktives Mitglied in der Sektorgruppe Sustainable Construction Energy des Enterprise Europe Network.Matthieu Grosjean arbeitet seit 2008 als Projektmanager beim Steinbeis-Europa-Zentrum. Er unterst\u00fctzt IPR-Beratungsdienste und Organisationen bei der internationalen Zusammenarbeit, beim grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Technologietransfer sowie der Konzeption und Koordination von Projektvorschl\u00e4gen. Au\u00dferdem stellt er Prozesse f\u00fcr den Markteintritt in EU-Projekte sicher, einschlie\u00dflich technologiebezogener Analysen wie Technology Watch, Marktstudien und Machbarkeitsstudien. Seit 2016 ist er in den EU-Projekten f\u00fcr intelligente St\u00e4dte und Gemeinden wie mySMARTLife, REMOURBAN oder ATELIER aktiv.Fernando Barrientos ist seit 2010 als Rechts- und Innovationsberater t\u00e4tig. Er beriet Beh\u00f6rden und Privatunternehmen aus Lateinamerika und Europa in den Bereichen Umweltrecht und Innovationsmanagement, mit einem starken Fokus auf die Verwaltung von geistigem Eigentum und den Technologietransfer f\u00fcr internationale Forschungszusammenarbeit, die im Rahmen der Programme Horizon2020 und INTERREG finanziert wird.
