However, this predisposition narrows the design space and reduces the probability of discovering more suitable or novel alternatives. This thesis introduces a formally developed ontology to support datadriven solution design, offering a meta-structure that facilitates abstraction and translation from business opportunities to technological concepts. Developed through extensive literature reviews and four empirical case studies, the ontology was constructed using both deductive and inductive methods. It uniquely integrates the layers of Business, System, Data, and Technology, enabling structured reasoning and navigation across abstraction levels. The hierarchical ontology serves as the foundation for a multi-agent large language model system (MALLMs) that assists users in identifying appropriate solution concepts aligned with provided business opportunities. Central to this system is a Knowledge Graph (KG) acting as a meta-agent, providing structural guidance and validation. Additional agents generate solution-relevant information through retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) based on a curated corpus of over 14,000 research papers, academic articles, and code fragments related to data-driven solution design. The findings suggest that combining symbolic representations with neural models enhances output effectiveness by leveraging both user and domain-specific knowledge.Dr. Daniel Burkhardt is a researcher in the field of neuro-symbolic AI, specializing in the integration of knowledge graphs and language models. This is especially true for the adoption of certain tasks by decision-making systems which are supposed to relieve humans physically but in particular cognitively in decision-making processes. Recent decision-making systems are able to execute tasks in decision- making processes without human intervention on an unprecedentedly high level. This can be observed in a multitude of contexts from navigation, surveillance and warfare to medicine and economy. Especially in economical decision-making, the implementation of decision-making systems in various forms has greatly increased in the last few years.\u00a0This dissertation examines the phenomenon of decision autonomation in consumption decisions from the perspective of consumer protection, analyzes the development of the phenomenon and asks the question of how this phenomenon can be critically evaluated with regard to the principle of consumer sovereignty. The dissertation also proposes a model for the measurement of consumer sovereignty and develops solutions for a possible decline in consumer sovereignty with an increasing progression of decision autonomation of consumption decision.Markus Gerold is a scientific consultant and researcher with a background in sociology, socio-technological change and organizational studies. He studied sociology and political studies at the Ludwig- Maximilians-University Munich and social sciences at the Humboldt University Berlin. During his studies and after graduating from university, Markus Gerold worked as a User Experience researcher in the gaming industry. Later, he was employed as a researcher for the Deutsche Post Endowed Chair of Strategic Marketing at Steinbeis University, where he worked on training programs on digitalization and on research projects in the field of public engagement and education. Auch wenn Studien zeigen, dass kollaborative Lernumgebungen mithilfe digitaler Technologien die Entwicklung digitaler Kompetenzen unterst\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen, bleibt immer noch offen, welche Elemente davon lernf\u00f6rdernd sind. Anhand zweier Forschungsstudien konnte in der vorliegenden Dissertation herausgefunden werden, dass regulierte Lernprozesse, die eine Handlungskomponente bei Lernenden ausl\u00f6sen, den Zusammenhang zwischen authentischen Lernaufgaben und dem digitalen Kompetenzerwerb mediieren.Insgesamt ist festzustellen, dass indirekte Instruktionen in Form von metakognitiven Prompts zur Aktivierung von \u00dcberwachungsprozessen, die visuelle und auditive Pr\u00e4sentation von Informationen zur Externalisierung von Denkprozessen sowie die aktive Steuerung von Einflussfaktoren zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Lernkultur bei der Gestaltung kollaborativer Lernumgebung zu ber\u00fccksichtigen sind.Steffen Moser besch\u00e4ftigt sich seit mehr als 13 Jahren mit ganzheitlichen Ver\u00e4nderungsprojekten und der damit verbundenen Weiterentwicklung von Organisationen. Als nebenberuflicher Dozent an der Dualen Hochschule Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg gestaltet er seit mehr als acht Jahren digitale Lehr- und Lernkonzepte. Seit 2019 forscht Steffen Moser in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lehrstuhl f\u00fcr Lehren und Lernen mit Digitalen Medien der Technischen Universit\u00e4t M\u00fcnchen an der Gestaltung kollaborativer Lernumgebungen f\u00fcr den Erwerb digitaler Kompetenzen.\u00a0\/\/ Stand der Angaben: Ver\u00f6ffentlichungsjahr der Publikation",
